BJ is executive director of The Radler Foundation, where she oversees the Foundation’s work in the U.S. and East Africa. In this capacity, she provides strategic direction for new programs, manages day-to-day operations, and builds strategic partnerships for the future. BJ has 15 years of government and non-profit experience, including work at the National Math and Science Initiative, the U.S. Department of State and The White House.
She volunteers her time at Church of the Incarnation in Dallas, Texas, and in addition to serving on the board of directors of Seed Effect, she serves on the board of Accord, a network of 70 organizations that invest $4 billion annually in relief and development around the world.
BJ has a J.D. cum laude from SMU’s Dedman School of Law, with a focus on international human rights law, and a B.A. degree in journalism from Baylor University. She lives in Fort Worth, Texas.
