“When I came from South Sudan, I encountered a lot of difficulties. I am here alone and I am caring for my children by myself. The good thing is that I joined a Seed Effect group and my group is helping me in the difficulties that I am going through.   

I have taken small loans from the group to buy inventory to sell and then paid the money back. And when my son was sent home because I couldn’t pay his school fees, I took another loan to pay his school fees and then paid this money back. When you come to the group, your money can expand and you can learn many things from the group.  

The teachings are good and if you are not in the group, you cannot manage the problems you are going through alone. The group teaches us ways to handle the hardship in our lives and shows us how we can live in community. There are many things that the group is helping us with. I am giving thanks to God for what you and I have done.“
