This Christmas, hope starts with a simple green box.
God has used your partnership to empower over 46,000 members like Pastor Silver
As we reflect on the celebrations and challenges that 2021 has brought, we can see God’s hand woven throughout. Restrictions forced churches in Uganda to close, but Seed Effect groups were able to modify to keep meeting. In addition to providing refugees with the tools they need to withstand economic crisis, our members have grown spiritually.
“Seed Effect is making the gospel available to group members while churches have been closed.”This is restoring hope when groups meet, save, and encourage each other. It has also helped communities stay together and be informed.”
-Moses Lematia, Seed Effect Uganda
God continues to use Seed Effect as His instrument to bring comfort and truth to His people during a challenging season.
“Fear has been widespread, but God’s word is bringing hope as Seed Effect members hear His promises and press on, knowing God loves them in all situations”
-Pastor Silver, Seed Effect Member & South Sudanese Refugee
Our members, like Pastor Silver, embody the message of hope, peace and reconciliation of the gospel in their communities.
The materials you provide, combined with the guidance of our indigenous team in Uganda, promote opportunity and empowerment. Every $60 empowers one new member and every $1,500 empowers a new group of 25 people.
Our year-end goal is to raise $200,000 to reach over 3,000 more families this year! Will you prayerfully consider partnering with us to empower more families to know Jesus and provide for their families with dignity?
It is the continued support of partners like you that God is using to make this work possible, and we are so grateful!
Thank you so much for bringing hope to the hardest of places!
