The Seed Effect Uganda head office team, board members, and two of our US team members were also in attendance to soak up the feedback from the field. The bulk of the days were spent in sessions filled with lively discussion, but it wasn’t all work. The team also fit in time a behind-the-scenes tour of the Uganda Wildlife Education Center and fun activities like sack races that made the event even more memorable! Check out the fun in the video below!
“It was nice to be brought together as leaders from the different Seed Effect branches for the first leadership summit ever. It created an opportunity of sharing experiences and learning ideas from the different leaders across the branches. Thanks to the Seed Effect US team, the donors in the US, the board, and the Seed Effect Uganda head office team for making it possible to equip the leaders for better leadership across all branches of Seed Effect Uganda. I wish this continues to be implemented every year for better leadership skills in all branches of Seed Effect Uganda. Thank you!”
– Isaac Godwill, Senior Field Officer, Rhino Camp Branch
