Vice Chair of the Board

About Lexi

Lexi is a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy & Innovation at Southwest Airlines, and simultaneously works with career and budget coaching clients, and advising startups on their strategic growth initiatives.

She previously served as Senior Manager in Growth Strategy and Operations at Juni Learning, an EdTech startup that aims to help kids discover and pursue their passions with joy while gaining real-world skills that aren’t taught in the traditional classroom, such as personal finance, investing, and computer science.

Lexi earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Before heading to Stanford to get her MBA, she worked for Deloitte Consulting for four years. At Deloitte, she led the Human Capital Social Impact Program, where she managed 12 pro bono project teams aimed at empowering developing communities across the U.S. and Nicaragua.

While at Stanford, Lexi focused on corporate strategy, social innovation, and human-centered design. She interned at the Nike headquarters in Portland on their Global Strategic Planning team, and volunteered with Seed Effect by way of leading operations improvement projects for our savings loans groups. Lexi completed a thorough evaluation of group independence/sustainability that led to strategic program improvements (see 2019 annual report). Lexi has also served on the Board of Directors for Ignite Texas, a Christian camp for incoming UT students, for eight years.
