About Sharla

Sharla currently serves as operations manager at BV Capital, the capital shop of Bridgeview Real Estate in Dallas, Texas.

Prior to this role Sharla served for 20 years in various Christian non-profit leadership positions in generosity and stewardship at Highland Park Presbyterian Church, National Christian Foundation, as a co-founder of Women Doing Well, and Northwest Bible Church. Sharla has a petroleum engineering degree from Louisiana State University and served on Capital Hill as a US Congressional committee staff member.

Sharla’s purpose statement is “sparking impact” and flourishes in environments where people are encouraged and equipped to discover their next step toward living a life of generosity to self and others. When time allows, Sharla serves individuals and families as a giving coach.
