About David

David is the Co-Founder of Seed Effect and the Chief Operating Officer at a Private Family Office.

Prior to his current position, David served as the COO for City of Refuge LH, an organization dedicated to addressing core human needs and providing customized pathways for Dallas’ most disadvantaged residents. David has also served as the Director of Operations at Launch Global, a Dallas-based international nonprofit. Before Launch Global, David served as the President of Williams Financial Group and managed all business lines with the overarching goal of ensuring that their advisors and clients were always benefiting from their competitive and service-oriented offerings. Prior to assuming the position of President, David held a variety of positions within WFG, including: Chief Operating Officer, Senior Relationship Manager, Financial Advisor and Junior Broker over 18 years. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University and formerly held Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 FINRA registrations.

David serves as a board member for Empower One and Classical School of Dallas. David is married to Missy and together they have two children and are members of Watermark Community Church. In his spare time, David loves to travel and fly fish.
