Praise!

• We praise God for His faithfulness towards Seed Effect Uganda and Seed Effect South Sudan throughout the last fiscal year: Savings and Loan group formation goals were exceeded in both countries, Conservation Agriculture targets were met in Uganda, and many other milestones were met or exceeded along the way!
• We give thanks for God’s continued protection and provision over our staff and their families as we step into a new fiscal year!

Seed Effect Uganda and South Sudan

• Pray for our Members across South Sudan and Uganda that they will continue to grow spiritually, strengthen their livelihoods, and experience lasting transformation through our program.
• Pray for those affected by food shortages and economic challenges, that God will provide for their daily needs and strengthen their resilience.
• Pray that God will guide our planning, provide for every need, and enable us to faithfully accomplish His purposes, and that every decision will reflect good stewardship and align with God’s vision for Seed Effect.
• Pray for each Board and management team that the Lord will give wisdom, strength, unity, good health, and grace to lead and serve with integrity.
• Pray specifically for the Seed Effect South Sudan Board Meeting on 17 July 2026, that God will grant wisdom, unity, discernment, and fruitful discussions as the Board makes important decisions for the ministry.
• Pray for our planned relaunch in Nimule, South Sudan, in the coming months, that God will prepare the community, open the right doors, and provide the resources needed to expand our impact.
• From our South Sudan team, please remember Peter in prayer as he recovers from the flu and a persistent cough, and Poni, who has traveled to Kampala for a medical check-up, asking God for safe travels, wisdom for the medical team, and complete healing for them both.
• Pray for good health and strong, stable families for all Seed Effect staff, that their homes will be places of love, unity, and encouragement.
• Pray for lasting peace and reconciliation in South Sudan, where political tension is more acute, for continued peaceful coexistence in Uganda, and for countries experiencing conflict and war to know God’s peace and justice.

Seed Effect USA

• Pray for wisdom and unity for our US team as we also begin a new fiscal year, and for faithful stewardship of every gift entrusted to Seed Effect.
• We are hiring for an Advancement Coordinator. Please pray for wisdom, discernment, and the right candidate to fill this position.
• Pray for the Lord to raise up new prayer and financial partners who will stand with our Members in the hard places.
• Pray for all of our donors and partners that the Lord will bless them abundantly, provide for their needs, and grant them wisdom in their stewardship as they give generously to support vulnerable communities.
