About Liz

Liz is an experience Integrator with proven operational leadership skills in non-profit and for-profit companies.

She values excellence while driving for results and strives to help others achieve their project goals in a timely manner while eliminating hurdles and obstacles. Her diverse experience and love for learning enable her to approach challenges with multiple solutions in mind. With more than 10 years of experience in operations and leadership, she has experience managing through a wide array of challenges to find complementary solutions. Her passion is organizing and leading people from where they are today, to where they ultimately desire to be.

In a previous organization, Watermark Community Church, Liz served as the Director of Operations for a new campus, where she played the role of Director for multiple new initiative launches. She oversaw the planning process through to business as usual until the margin to hire was available for 10 new departments. She also has a passion for creativity and has played a critical role in multiple large-scale construction projects. Being able to walk a project through each phase, from inception to completion, is exciting for her – even with the challenges along the way. She is adaptable and maintains grace under pressure. She is a stress “de-amplifier” and achiever who simultaneously values research and action. She believes there is a solution for every problem if you take the time to find it. She has a strong ability to understand and evaluate the needs of the team and communicate those needs to senior leaders.

Liz is a native to Texas, but grew up in the rolling hill country of New Braunfels, as opposed to the beloved concrete jungle of Dallas. She first arrived in Dallas to attend Dallas Baptist University, where she graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in 2010. Today, Liz still calls Dallas home but gets to share it with her husband, Kyle, and their precious son, Jonathan.
