In 2020, we added the Chalmers Center’s “Plan For A Better Business & Livelihood Training” that walks participants through a biblically based model to start or improve their business.
Over the course of seven weeks, groups explore topics such as examining business ideas, planning production and costs, and preparing for unexpected events. The final lesson wraps up with livelihood training in soap-making or agriculture and serves as both a practical case study and to provide additional business skills.
Milestones from our first business training include:
– 148 Seed Effect groups trained
– 160 individual businesses started
– 19 group businesses started
Meet Maia Rose here and read more about how this training helped her improve her business in the middle of the pandemic.
