Managing your Greenhouse Recurring Gift

Life happens and change is constant! From moving addresses to compromised credit cards to updated giving amounts to adjusted preffered recurring gift dates  — we have all been there and we get it!

We want to make sure you are equipped to manage your Greenhouse Recurring Gift so we have included step-by-step instructions below to do just that!

However, as always we are happy to help make these changes on your behalf so feel free to contact Grace via grace@seedeffect.org with the subject line “Update for my Greenhouse Recurring Gift” to authorize any necessary changes.

Step 1:

Step 1: Login to your Classy Account* by going to the Greenhouse donation page.  In the upper right hand corner you will see a button that reads “Login.” Click this button to proceed to your Classy Account login page.

* A note – Classy is our secure online payment processor. All online donations are made through this system.

Step 2:

Follow the login prompts and enter the email address and password associated with your Classy Account. 

Step 3:

Once you are logged in to your account you will see an overview page that includes your Seed Effect Greenhouse recurring gift. To manage your recurring donation click the button that reads “Edit Donation” as shown in the above photo.

*A note – if you need to update any of your personal information for example your address if you have moved since originally starting your Greenhouse gift, you can edit this information be clickling the purple/blue “Edit” button in the “Contact Information” section immediately following the “Recurring Donation” section. 

Step 4:

Which will bring you to a page that looks like the above.

Here you can edit the date on which your recurring donation is processed, donation amount, payment type, etc.

Please be sure to click the “Save Changes” button at the end of this section in order to ensure that your recurring donation did in fact udpate.

And voilá! You have updated your recurring gift 🙂
