Meet Caitlin, our Administrative Assistant. With a passion for serving as vast as her to-do list, she brings boundless energy and genuine care to every task she tackles. From juggling projects to providing unwavering support, Caitlin is our go-to gal for keeping things running smoothly and spreading positivity wherever she goes.

With over 8 years of experience managing multi-family households and most recently supporting the City Engagement Team at Watermark Community Church, Caitlin is well-equipped to handle the many projects that come her way at Seed Effect.

When she’s not busy supporting the team, you can find Caitlin exploring new cities or revisiting her favorites. A day trip aficionado, she’s mastered the art of crafting the ideal itinerary for visiting most cities in under 24 hours. And when time allows, Caitlin loves embarking on international adventures.

Currently calling Dallas, TX home, Caitlin is passionate about hearing people’s stories and understanding how God has uniquely wired them. You can often find her at a local coffee shop or serving individuals through prayer on Sunday evenings at Watermark Community Church.
